As a leader in the Turkish industry, our company’s Human Resources Policy aims to use its resources productively, respect the environment and occupational health, comply with quality standards and prioritize technological development as a pioneer and global leader in the Turkish industry. Within this framework, our main goal is to carry out effective and efficient work in areas such as employee selection, recruitment, assignment, development, meeting training needs, performance management and career planning.

The Main Principles of Our Human Resources Policy;

• To establish and follow a system for determining the qualifications, selection and recruitment of human resources that will enable our company to fulfil its activities effectively and efficiently,
• To detect, implement and analyse the results for the benefit of the company in order to determine and implement training programmes aimed at providing our personnel with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours required to keep them up to date with all kinds of developments and changes in the nature of their work, to increase their job satisfaction and to help them be more successful in the business environment,
• To develop a performance management system that will allow employees to see the results of their own work and evaluate the results of their personal success,
• To establish and implement a career management system that ensures the continuous development of employees within the organisation, prepares them for the responsibilities required by their position, and ensures the most effective evaluation of our employees at all levels who are willing to take responsibility,
• To collect information about the range of work performed in the organisation, human resource requirements and working conditions, to analyse jobs in order to evaluate this information and to prepare job descriptions in accordance with changing conditions,
• To develop systems that will encourage success and creativity by providing working conditions appropriate to the nature of the service provided, and in this context, to provide innovation by transforming it into new products, services, processes, systems and social interactions by making use of the creativity of all our stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, society), and to generate ideas that will add value to the organisation, employees and other stakeholders,
