{"id":2735,"date":"2024-05-17T13:36:55","date_gmt":"2024-05-17T13:36:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turna.com.tr\/turna-riviera-zeytinyaginda-firinda-levrek\/"},"modified":"2024-05-17T13:44:30","modified_gmt":"2024-05-17T13:44:30","slug":"baked-sea-bass-in-turna-riviera-olive-oil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turna.com.tr\/en\/baked-sea-bass-in-turna-riviera-olive-oil\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked Sea Bass in Turna Riviera Olive Oil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baked Sea Bass in Turna Riviera Olive Oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2 medium sized cleaned and gutted sea bass<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 4 tablespoons of Turna Riviera Olive Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 sliced lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2 cloves of finely sliced garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 bunch of fresh thyme<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Optionally, thinly sliced 1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recipe:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare the Fish: Wash the sea bass well inside and out. After drying, season with salt and pepper on both sides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add Aromatic Ingredients: Place garlic slices, a few slices of lemon and fresh thyme sprigs inside the fish. Brush the outside of the fish with a bit of Turna Riviera Olive Oil and place on a baking sheet with the remaining lemon slices. Optionally, you can also add thinly sliced peppers around the fish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bake: Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the flesh is opaque. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the fish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serve: Take out of the oven and serve while hot.
