{"id":2924,"date":"2024-10-03T09:07:17","date_gmt":"2024-10-03T09:07:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turna.com.tr\/turna-aycicek-yaginda-mantarli-risotto\/"},"modified":"2024-10-03T09:11:06","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T09:11:06","slug":"turna-aycicek-yaginda-mantarli-risotto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turna.com.tr\/en\/turna-aycicek-yaginda-mantarli-risotto\/","title":{"rendered":"Mushroom Risotto with Turna Sunflower Oil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mushroom Risotto with Turna Sunflower Oil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup arborio rice<\/li>\n<li>300g fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves, crushed<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil<\/li>\n<li>4 cups vegetable broth, hot<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li>Freshly chopped parsley or basil, for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saut\u00e9 the Onion and Garlic:<\/strong> Heat 2 tablespoons of Turna Sunflower Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and saut\u00e9 until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Add the Mushrooms:<\/strong> Add the mushrooms to the pot and cook until they release their moisture and become golden, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, transfer the mushrooms to a plate and set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook the Risotto:<\/strong> In the same pot, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of Turna Sunflower Oil and heat. Add the arborio rice and stir for about 2 minutes until the grains turn translucent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Add the Vegetable Broth:<\/strong> Gradually add the hot vegetable broth one ladle at a time, waiting for each addition to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next. Continue this process until the rice is tender, which will take about 18-20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Add the Mushrooms and Parmesan:<\/strong> Stir the cooked mushrooms and freshly grated Parmesan cheese into the risotto. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serve:<\/strong> Serve the mushroom risotto hot.
