Drain and set aside.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"920\"><strong data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"649\">Prepare the B\u00e9chamel Sauce:<\/strong><br data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"652\" \/>In a saucepan, heat the Turna Riviera Olive Oil and stir in the flour. Cook for 1\u20132 minutes while stirring. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Once the sauce thickens, add salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well. Your b\u00e9chamel sauce is ready.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"976\">Mix the cooked pasta with the prepared b\u00e9chamel sauce.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1071\">Pour the sauced pasta into a greased baking dish.
