Pour hot water over it and let it sit for 10\u201315 minutes until the bulgur softens. Then add semolina, salt, red pepper flakes, cumin, black pepper, and Turna Riviera Olive Oil. Knead the mixture thoroughly. If the dough feels too soft, gradually add flour until it becomes firm and moldable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1190\">Take walnut-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Gently press the center of each ball with your fingertip to form a small indentation. Repeat until all the mixture is used.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1395\"><strong data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1211\">Cook the K\u00f6fte:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1214\" \/>Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a bit of salt, then drop the shaped k\u00f6ftes into the boiling water. Boil for about 10\u201315 minutes until they rise to the surface. Remove and drain.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1626\"><strong data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1419\">Prepare the Sauce:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1422\" \/>In a pan, saut\u00e9 the chopped onion in Turna Riviera Olive Oil until lightly golden. Add the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Add the hot water, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1753\"><strong data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1640\">Combine:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1643\" \/>Add the boiled k\u00f6ftes into the sauce. Stir gently and cook together for another 2\u20133 minutes.
