Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes, sliced

  • 2 zucchinis, sliced

  • 2 carrots, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 tea glass of Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

  • 1 tablespoon of flour (optional, for coating)

Instructions:

Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the potatoes, zucchinis, and carrots. Finely chop the red bell pepper.

Season the Vegetables:
Place all vegetables in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and thyme. Optionally, add flour and mix well to coat evenly.

Fry:
Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a deep pan. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the vegetables. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Serve:
Transfer the fried vegetables onto paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
