Kumpir
Ingredients:

4 large potatoes

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/2 cup corn

1/4 cup chopped green olives

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

2 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes and bake them at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes.

Prepare the Filling: Once the potatoes are baked, cut them open. Scoop out the inside into a bowl, add Turna Sunflower Oil, cheddar cheese, corn, olives, red bell pepper, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.

Stuff the Potatoes: Fill the scooped-out potatoes with the mixture.

Bake: Sprinkle some more cheddar cheese on top of the stuffed potatoes and bake them for 5 more minutes.

Serve: Serve hot.
