1. Ingredients:

    • 4 red mullet (cleaned and deboned)

    • 1/2 cup Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)

    • 1 tsp salt

    • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    • 1 lemon (for serving)

    • Optional: Fresh parsley

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Fish: Clean and wash the red mullet, then pat dry with paper towels.

    2. Season: Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the fish.

    3. Fry: Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a large pan. Place the red mullet in the pan and fry each side until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side).

    4. Serve: Transfer the fried fish to a plate, squeeze lemon juice on top, and optionally garnish with fresh parsley.
