Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 2 salmon fillets (approximately 150–200 g each)

  • 3 tablespoons Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or fresh dill

  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 lemon, sliced

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the Salmon: Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. Marinate: Drizzle Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the salmon. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, thyme or dill, and add the sliced garlic. Gently rub the seasonings onto the fillets.

  4. Arrange on the Tray: Place the salmon on the prepared baking tray. Arrange lemon slices and cherry tomatoes (if using) around the fillets.

  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve: Serve the baked salmon hot. Drizzle a little more Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top if desired, and accompany with fresh greens or steamed vegetables.
