Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 300 g medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons fresh spring onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. Sauté: Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a pan. Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes, being careful not to burn it.

  3. Add the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Sauté for 4–5 minutes, until the shrimp turns pink and is lightly golden.

  4. Season with Lemon: Before removing from the pan, add lemon juice and stir.

  5. Serve: Serve the shrimp hot, garnished with chopped spring onions. You can also pair it with fresh greens or steamed vegetables.
