Ingredients (serves 4):

1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight)

1/4 cup Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons tahini

1 teaspoon salt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 garlic clove

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/4 cup water (optional, to adjust the consistency)

Extra olive oil (for garnish)

Paprika or oregano (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chickpeas: Drain the soaked chickpeas and cook them until soft, about 45 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Make the Hummus: In a food processor, add the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, salt, cumin, lemon juice, and Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Process until smooth. Add water to adjust the consistency if needed.

Mix Well: Transfer the hummus to a bowl and mix again.

Garnish: Drizzle with Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with paprika or oregano.

Serve: Serve chilled with pita or fresh vegetables.
