Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 2 sea bream, cleaned

  • 4 tablespoons Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions:

Prepare the Fish:
Rinse and dry the sea bream. Make light cuts on the skin and place garlic and rosemary inside the slits.

Seasoning:
Mix Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil with salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Rub this mixture all over the fish.

Arrange on Tray:
Place the fish on a baking tray and top with lemon slices.

Bake:
Bake in a preheated 190°C (375°F) oven for 25–30 minutes.

Serve:
Drizzle a bit more Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top before serving.
