Ingredients (Serves 4):

4 chicken breasts (thinly sliced)

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup flour

2 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts lightly and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Coating: Dredge each chicken piece first in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Frying: Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a large pan. Fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

Serve: Place the schnitzels on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
