Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 4 chicken breasts (thinly sliced)

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts lightly and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  2. Coating: Dredge each chicken piece first in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  3. Frying: Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a large pan. Fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

  4. Serve: Place the schnitzels on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
