Ingredients:

  • 500 grams pumpkin, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 4 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

Prepare the Pumpkin:
Thinly slice the pumpkin.

Make the Coating:
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Frying:
Coat the pumpkin slices in the seasoning mixture. Then, fry them on both sides in a hot pan with Turna Sunflower Oil until golden and crispy.

Serving:
Place the fried pumpkin slices on a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve hot.
