This vibrant summer salad is a refreshing and healthy meal made with Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil, tender baby spinach, creamy avocado, crisp green apple slices, raw almonds, and pomegranate seeds a perfect harmony of flavors!
Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados, sliced

1 cup baby spinach (whole, unchopped)

1 green apple, thinly sliced

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

2 tomatoes, chopped

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp pomegranate molasses

1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:
Prepare the Vegetables:
Peel and slice the avocados. Slice the cucumber and chop the tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion. Peel and thinly slice the green apple. Rinse and gently dry the baby spinach.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, and honey (if using). Add salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad:
