Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup olives (optional)

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped

  • 100 grams white cheese (or feta), crumbled

  • 1/4 cup Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses (optional)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Prepare the Vegetables:
Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion. Slice the olives if using.

Mix:
Place all the chopped vegetables in a large bowl. Add Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pomegranate molasses, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss gently.

Add Cheese and Mint:
Crumble the white cheese over the salad and sprinkle with fresh chopped mint.

Serve:
Serve the salad cold for a refreshing, healthy meal.
