Ingredients:

1 whole turkey (3–4 kg)

1 tea glass (approx. 125 ml) Turna Sunflower Oil

2 tsp salt
-
1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp dried thyme
-
1 tbsp paprika
-
3 cloves garlic, crushed
-
1 orange, sliced
-
1 onion, sliced
-
2 sprigs rosemary
Instructions:

Prepare the Turkey: Rinse the turkey and pat dry with paper towels.

Make the Marinade: Mix Turna Sunflower Oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, and paprika in a bowl. Massage this mixture all over the turkey.

Arrange in the Pan: Place the orange slices, onion, and rosemary around the turkey in the roasting pan.

Roasting:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Roast the turkey for about 2.5–3 hours.

Every 45 minutes, spoon some of the pan juices over the turkey.

Serve: Let it rest before slicing and serving.
