Ingredients:

  • 1 whole turkey (3–4 kg)

  • 1 tea glass (approx. 125 ml) Turna Sunflower Oil

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp dried thyme

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Turkey: Rinse the turkey and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. Make the Marinade: Mix Turna Sunflower Oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, and paprika in a bowl. Massage this mixture all over the turkey.

  3. Arrange in the Pan: Place the orange slices, onion, and rosemary around the turkey in the roasting pan.

  4. Roasting:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    • Roast the turkey for about 2.5–3 hours.

    • Every 45 minutes, spoon some of the pan juices over the turkey.

  5. Serve: Let it rest before slicing and serving.
