Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of flour

  • 1 packet of dry yeast

  • 1 tea glass of warm water

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • ½ cup of Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tea glass of olives (sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme (optional)

  • 1 tea glass of water (for kneading)

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:
Place the warm water in a bowl, add the sugar and yeast, stir, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then add salt, flour, Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and olives. Knead until you get a soft dough.

Let It Rise:
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Bake:
Once the dough has risen, shape it into a loaf. Sprinkle with thyme. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25–30 minutes.

Serve:
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
