Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

  • 2 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp thyme

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

Instructions:

Marinate:
Place the chicken cubes in a bowl. Add Turna Sunflower Oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Assemble Skewers:
Thread the marinated chicken pieces and chopped red and yellow peppers onto skewers.

Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly golden.

Serve:
Serve the baked chicken skewers hot. They pair well with rice or a fresh salad.
