Sandwich Filling Ingredients:

3 tablespoons green pesto sauce

150 g white cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup walnut halves, roughly chopped

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped

A handful of fresh arugula

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
Sandwich Bread Preparation:

Activate the Yeast: In warm water, mix in the sugar. Add dry yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Knead the Dough: Add flour, salt, and Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until soft and elastic.

Let it Rise: Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Shape and Bake: On a lightly floured surface, shape the dough into long rectangles suitable for sandwiches. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes. Let the bread cool completely.
Sandwich Assembly:

Prepare the Pesto Mixture: In a large bowl, combine crumbled white cheese, walnuts, and sun-dried tomatoes. Add Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil and pesto sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
