Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 1 large bowl arugula

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

  • 1/4 cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled

  • 1 small green apple, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Assemble the Salad:
Place arugula in a large bowl. Add pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and apple slices.

Add Cheese:
Sprinkle crumbled feta or goat cheese on top.

Prepare the Dressing:
Mix Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pomegranate molasses, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
