Ingredients (serves 2):

300 g medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
2 tablespoons fresh spring onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels.

Sauté: Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a pan. Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes, being careful not to burn it.

Add the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Sauté for 4–5 minutes, until the shrimp turns pink and is lightly golden.

Season with Lemon: Before removing from the pan, add lemon juice and stir.

Serve: Serve the shrimp hot, garnished with chopped spring onions. You can also pair it with fresh greens or steamed vegetables.
