Ingredients:

  • 4 sheets of yufka (phyllo dough)

  • 200 grams curd cheese

  • 1/2 cup Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Prepare the Filling:
Place the curd cheese in a bowl. Add the yogurt, salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix well.

Prepare the Yufka:
Lay out one sheet of yufka and spread the filling evenly over it.

Roll the Börek:
Roll the yufka into a log shape. Brush the top with beaten egg.

Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.

Serve:
Serve hot straight from the oven.
