Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 cup semolina

  • 1/4 cup Turna Sunflower Oil

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Start the Semolina: In a large pan, heat Turna Sunflower Oil. Add the semolina and sauté it for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly, until it turns golden brown.

  2. Add the Liquids: In a separate bowl, heat the water and milk together. Gradually pour the mixture into the semolina, stirring carefully.

  3. Add the Sugar: Add sugar to the mixture and stir until it dissolves completely. Optionally, add vanilla and butter for extra flavor.

  4. Simmer: Let the mixture simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until it thickens.

  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped walnuts (optional) and serve hot.
