1 cup semolina

1/4 cup Turna Sunflower Oil

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

Start the Semolina: In a large pan, heat Turna Sunflower Oil. Add the semolina and sauté it for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly, until it turns golden brown.

Add the Liquids: In a separate bowl, heat the water and milk together. Gradually pour the mixture into the semolina, stirring carefully.

Add the Sugar: Add sugar to the mixture and stir until it dissolves completely. Optionally, add vanilla and butter for extra flavor.

Simmer: Let the mixture simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until it thickens.

Serve: Garnish with chopped walnuts (optional) and serve hot.
