Ingredients (6–8 rolls):

For the Dough:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup warm milk

  • 1/4 cup Turna Sunflower Oil

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 packet dry yeast

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg (white for the dough, yolk for brushing)

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup tahini

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil

For the Topping:

  • Sesame seeds

  • Egg yolk

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, egg white and Turna Sunflower Oil. Add the yeast mixture and knead into a soft dough.
Cover and let it rise for 45 minutes.

Prepare the Filling:
Mix tahini, sugar, and Turna Sunflower Oil in a bowl until smooth.

Shape the Rolls:
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the tahini mixture over the dough, roll it up into a log, and cut it into 3–4 cm pieces.

Bake:
Place rolls on a baking tray, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes.

Serve:
Enjoy slightly warm. The aroma of tahini combined with Turna Sunflower Oil creates a soft, rich, and flavorful pastry.
