Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets

2 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil

1 lemon (sliced)

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
1 teaspoon dried oregano
-
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
-
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon:
Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Sprinkle each fillet with salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Place lemon slices and crushed garlic on top of the fillets.
Oil the Pan:
Lightly grease a baking tray and place the salmon fillets on it. Drizzle Turna Sunflower Oil over the fillets.
Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked. Remove from the oven once done.
Serve:
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top and serve hot. You can serve it with arugula or a seasonal salad on the side.
