Kumpir

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup corn

  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives

  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes and bake them at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes.

  2. Prepare the Filling: Once the potatoes are baked, cut them open. Scoop out the inside into a bowl, add Turna Sunflower Oil, cheddar cheese, corn, olives, red bell pepper, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.

  3. Stuff the Potatoes: Fill the scooped-out potatoes with the mixture.

  4. Bake: Sprinkle some more cheddar cheese on top of the stuffed potatoes and bake them for 5 more minutes.

  5. Serve: Serve hot.
