Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta

  • 1/4 cup Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.

  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a pan, sauté the garlic in Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then add the sliced olives and cherry tomatoes, and cook for a few minutes.

  3. Mix the Pasta: Add the boiled pasta to the pan, then add the oregano, salt, and black pepper, and toss everything together.

  4. Serve: Serve the pasta hot. Optionally, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
