Ingredients (Makes 12):

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup Turna Sunflower Oil

  • 1 packet vanilla extract (or 1 tsp vanilla essence)

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet baking powder

  • Topping: Powdered sugar or whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter: Whisk eggs and sugar until creamy. Add milk, Turna Sunflower Oil, and vanilla; mix well.

  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in flour and baking powder, stirring until smooth.

  3. Bake: Pour the mixture into cupcake molds and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20–25 minutes.

  4. Serve: Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or decorate with whipped cream.
