Ingredients (Makes 12):

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup Turna Sunflower Oil

1 packet vanilla extract (or 1 tsp vanilla essence)

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet baking powder

Topping: Powdered sugar or whipped cream
Instructions:

Prepare the Batter: Whisk eggs and sugar until creamy. Add milk, Turna Sunflower Oil, and vanilla; mix well.

Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in flour and baking powder, stirring until smooth.

Bake: Pour the mixture into cupcake molds and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20–25 minutes.

Serve: Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or decorate with whipped cream.
