Ingredients:

2 sea bass fillets (or whole sea bass, cleaned)

2 tablespoons Turna Riviera Olive Oil

1 lemon (sliced)

2 cloves garlic (crushed)

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tea glass water
-
1 onion (sliced)
-
2 sprigs fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Clean the sea bass fillets or whole fish and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
Drizzle Turna Riviera Olive Oil over a baking tray. Arrange the sliced onions, crushed garlic, and lemon slices on the tray.
Place the sea bass over the onion mixture and pour in the water.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the fish for 20–25 minutes. Once cooked, garnish with fresh thyme if desired and serve hot.
This dish pairs wonderfully with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
