Ingredients (for 6–8 pieces):
For the Dough:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup Turna Sunflower Oil

1/2 cup warm milk

1 packet dry yeast

2 tablespoons sugar

A pinch of salt
For the Filling:

100 g dark chocolate, chopped
-
50 g hazelnut cream or chocolate spread
For Topping:

Powdered sugar
-
Chocolate sauce (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:
Mix warm milk and sugar, then add the dry yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, and Turna Sunflower Oil, kneading into a soft dough. Cover and let it rise for 45–60 minutes. -
Shape the Bombs:
Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out each portion and place dark chocolate and hazelnut cream in the center. Close the dough around the filling and shape into round balls. -
Frying:
Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a wide pan and fry the dough balls until golden brown on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side). -
Serving:
Place the fried İzmir Bomba on paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with chocolate sauce if desired.
