Creamy Pasta – Made with Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta

  • 1/2 cup Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain.

  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a pan, sauté the crushed garlic in Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a few minutes.

  3. Add the Cream: Add the cream, season with salt and black pepper, and let it simmer for a few minutes.

  4. Combine with Cheese and Pasta: Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and let it melt. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.

  5. Serve: Serve hot. Optionally, sprinkle fresh basil on top.
