Ingredients:

  • 200g tofu

  • 1/4 cup Turna Sunflower Oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Cut the tofu into cubes and squeeze out the excess moisture.

  2. Marinate: Mix the tofu cubes with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Fry: Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a pan and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.

  4. Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
