Crispy Chicken Balls with Sweet Chilli Sauce – Made with Turna Sunflower Oil

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Chop the chicken breast into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and crushed garlic. Mix well.

  2. Shape the Balls: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.

  3. Coating: Dip the chicken balls first into the beaten egg, then coat them in breadcrumbs.

  4. Frying: Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a pan and fry the chicken balls on both sides until golden brown.

  5. Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce with a little bit more Turna Sunflower Oil.

  6. Mix and Serve: Coat the fried chicken balls with the sauce and serve hot.
