Crispy Chicken Balls with Sweet Chilli Sauce – Made with Turna Sunflower Oil
Ingredients:

500g chicken breast, finely chopped

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 clove garlic, crushed
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken: Chop the chicken breast into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and crushed garlic. Mix well.

Shape the Balls: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.

Coating: Dip the chicken balls first into the beaten egg, then coat them in breadcrumbs.

Frying: Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a pan and fry the chicken balls on both sides until golden brown.

Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce with a little bit more Turna Sunflower Oil.

Mix and Serve: Coat the fried chicken balls with the sauce and serve hot.
