Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 3 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)

  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions:

Prepare the Potatoes:
Mash the boiled potatoes and let them cool slightly.

Mix the Ingredients:
Add grated cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.

Shape into Balls:
Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls.

Fry:
Heat Turna Sunflower Oil in a deep pan. Fry the potato balls until golden brown on all sides.

Serve:
Transfer the fried potato balls onto a paper towel to absorb excess oil and serve hot.
