Ingredients:

500 grams chicken breast (diced)

2 tablespoons Turna Riviera Olive Oil

2 tablespoons yogurt

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic (crushed)

1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, tomato paste, Turna Riviera Olive Oil, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, crushed garlic, and honey (if using). Pour the marinade over the chicken.
Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
Grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
