Baked Sea Bass in Turna Riviera Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized cleaned and gutted sea bass
  • 4 tablespoons of Turna Riviera Olive Oil
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 2 cloves of finely sliced garlic
  • 1 bunch of fresh thyme
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Optionally, thinly sliced 1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper 

Recipe:

Prepare the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Prepare the Fish: Wash the sea bass well inside and out. After drying, season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add Aromatic Ingredients: Place garlic slices, a few slices of lemon and fresh thyme sprigs inside the fish. Brush the outside of the fish with a bit of Turna Riviera Olive Oil and place on a baking sheet with the remaining lemon slices. Optionally, you can also add thinly sliced peppers around the fish.

Bake: Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the flesh is opaque. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the fish.

Serve: Take out of the oven and serve while hot. You can create a great dinner menu with boiled vegetables, fresh salad or rice on the side.
