Ingredients:

3 sheets of yufka (phyllo dough)

200 g white cheese (or cottage cheese, if preferred)

1/2 cup Turna Sunflower Oil

1/2 cup water

1 egg (for brushing on top)

Salt

Black pepper
Instructions:
Place the white cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add salt and black pepper to taste, and mix.
Lay the yufka sheets on a clean surface. Take the first sheet and brush it with a mixture of Turna Sunflower Oil and water. Layer the second sheet on top and brush it again. Repeat with the third sheet.
Spread the cheese filling evenly over the center of the layered yufka. Roll the yufka into a log, then shape the log into a tight spiral and place it into a heated pan.
Cook the börek in the pan over medium heat until both sides are golden and crispy.
Brush with Egg:
Brush the top of the börek with beaten egg and cook briefly again in the pan for a shiny and crispy finish.
Serve hot.
