Crispy Cauliflower Fry with Turna Sunflower Oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Cauliflower: Boil the cauliflower florets until slightly tender, then drain.
  2. Prepare the Coating: Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  3. Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each floret into the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry: Heat 4 tablespoons of Turna Sunflower Oil in a pan. Fry the cauliflower until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Place the fried florets on a paper towel to absorb excess oil and serve hot.
