Crispy Cauliflower Fry with Turna Sunflower Oil
Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- Boil the Cauliflower: Boil the cauliflower florets until slightly tender, then drain.
- Prepare the Coating: Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each floret into the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry: Heat 4 tablespoons of Turna Sunflower Oil in a pan. Fry the cauliflower until golden brown.
- Serve: Place the fried florets on a paper towel to absorb excess oil and serve hot.
