Fried Zucchini Fritters with Turna Sunflower Oil

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup white cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Zucchini: Place the grated zucchini in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then, squeeze out the excess water and drain.
  2. Make the Batter: Transfer the zucchini to a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, flour, cheese, mint, dill, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Fry: Heat 4 tablespoons of Turna Sunflower Oil in a large pan. Scoop the batter with a spoon and drop it into the pan, shaping into small fritters. Fry over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve: Place the fritters on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with a yogurt sauce.
