Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons Turna Sunflower Oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 300 g spinach (washed and chopped)

  • 100 g white cheese (or cottage cheese, as preferred)

  • 1 tablespoon butter (for sautéing the spinach)

Instructions:

Crack the egg into a bowl, add the milk and salt, and whisk well. Gradually add the flour while mixing until you get a smooth batter. Then add 2 tablespoons of Turna Sunflower Oil and mix again.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour in a ladle of crepe batter. Spread the batter into a thin layer and cook both sides until golden. Repeat until all the batter is used.

In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the spinach. Sauté until the spinach softens and releases its water, then absorbs it back. Season with a little salt.

Turn off the heat and add the white cheese to the cooked spinach. Mix well so the cheese blends into the spinach.

Take a crepe, spoon the spinach-cheese mixture on top, fold, and serve warm.
