Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil Baked Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients:

– 500g chicken breast, cut into large pieces
– 2 potatoes, sliced
– 2 carrots, sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, julienned
– 1 zucchini, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 4 garlic cloves, crushed
– 1/4 cup Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables: In a large baking dish, arrange the chopped chicken breast, potatoes, carrots, red bell pepper, zucchini, and onion. Add the crushed garlic as well.
3. Marinate: Drizzle Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the mixture. Sprinkle dried thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper on top. Mix everything well, making sure the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated with the olive oil and seasonings.
4. Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender. Stir the vegetables occasionally to ensure even cooking.
5. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve hot. This dish pairs wonderfully with rice or a fresh salad, making for a perfect dinner.
