Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil Summer Salad

Ingredients:

2 large tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, sliced into half moons
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup corn, boiled or canned
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
1/2 bunch fresh basil, leaves torn
100 grams white cheese or Feta cheese, crumbled
For the Dressing:

4 tablespoons Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Salt (to taste)
Instructions:

Prepare the Salad:
In a large salad bowl, mix the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, corn, and black olives.

Add Herbs and Cheese:
Add the fresh mint, basil, and crumbled white cheese. Gently mix to combine all the ingredients.

Prepare the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the Turna Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Dress the Salad:
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss the salad to ensure everything is evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve:
Serve the salad immediately or let it sit for a while and serve it chilled.
